Kia ora, my name is Samuel Patterson. I'm a Graduate at Audit New Zealand, after successfully completing their Internship Programme.

What really drew me to the Internship Programme at Audit New Zealand was the sheer amount of mentoring and support that they offered. It really helped me get my career off on the right foot.

Hi, I'm Kirsty Voong and I was offered a role as a graduate after I completed my internship. I was initially surprised at how much responsibility you're supported to have straight from the very start of your internship.

There's such a strong support shown, they offer you a buddy and a mentor, which really helps ease you into the internship. From the beginning, you were given a lot of responsibility, from doing your own testing to shadowing client meetings and even leading a meeting of your own. I felt like I learned so much.

The internship really does put you in a good position for the next few steps in your career. I found that the work that I did during my time at Audit New Zealand was a lot more hands on and interactive than what I experienced at university.

I had such a great experience, accepting the graduate role here was an absolute no brainer.

The culture at Audit New Zealand is amazing, and there are a lot of ways of interacting with your co-workers and your peers.

The people are so welcoming and understanding, and I cannot recommend it enough to someone who wants a strong start to their career.
